健康果汁後，
健身房跑步重訓(還搭配開合跳熱身!!)，
回豪宅吃brunch，
在家拍WTF金曲系列MV，
下午一點多出門吃兩片Blaze Pizzz墊肚子，
坐公車去+4之前住的文青區晃晃，
沿著Lake Shore Drive經過Lincoln Park，
在咖啡店Dollop獲得奇妙playlist，
開始探索所有歌單上的音樂，
然後喜歡上一個好棒的聲音，
他叫做Lenny Kravitz

等小屁下班去吃泰國菜，
買了一瓶Italy Martini Asti氣泡酒佐餐，獲得一致好評

+4有感而發地謝天：
「好幸運我愛的人竟然有經濟能力跟時間來找我，而且一次還來了四個，我真的好幸福」
於是請大家吃飯
但收到帳單發現竟有收開瓶費

晚餐後散步去古老棒球場Wrigley Field ，
平日有被栽培的小太陽獻寶⚾️
向大家介紹山羊魔咒&回到未來的故事
#某人說FootballFantasy已經很累
#無法撥冗研究MLB
#美國人私生活超忙所以五點半就要下班

球場對面的酒吧就叫Murphy's Bleachers ，
這根本是犯了中華文化圈人的風水大忌!!
但小熊隊Cubs這天5:0贏紅雀隊，
確定拿到國聯中區冠軍!

買了一件小熊隊衣服，
穿17號Bryant的客人還很激動地對我們說選得好，
酒吧街全都是興奮開心的熊粉，
要搭地鐵回家時，發現入口鎖住，但出口的門大開，某路人叫我們直接進去（不用刷票卡?!)，說it's broken, always like this, everything is broken, but Cubs won anyway.
反正小熊隊贏了!!!

小熊隊v.s. 舊金山巨人隊的國聯分區系列賽National League Division Series(四強)，第四戰小熊第九局逆轉，6:5晉級國聯冠軍戰。

藍色W是小熊隊每次在主場勝利時，芝加哥都會掛起來的旗幟，告訴市民小熊隊贏囉! 

小熊在國聯冠軍戰辛辛苦苦地贏了道奇隊，

在World series世界大賽贏下第一場之後，接下來幾場讓人直冒冷汗，

開始感受魔咒威力...打線熄火到好像winter is coming...

來到1:3落後的局面。

2016.11.1 G6 則是一吐怨氣的狂勝

太開心於是穿外套上街，且煽情地在臉書上渲染小熊的戲劇性悲情故事還不忘搞笑

#當時國父還在籌錢搞革命

紅襪隊球迷興沖沖地穿2004世界大賽冠軍T，搭上吉祥物觀光客買的小熊隊外套，

要陪芝加哥市民一起祈禱，繼貝比魯斯魔咒之後再破一個山羊魔咒...

結果跨國視訊的時候，該市民說「那個T-shirt中間白色圈圈裡是兩隻龍蝦嗎？」

2016.11.2 最終第七戰 Winner takes all...

台灣時間11/3，請假半天在家裡看，戰況激烈到主播都說

"要吃藥的觀眾，趕快先去吃一吃..."

印象最深應該是Baez瘋癲防守沒被換下去，於是打了一支全壘打謝謝教練；最甜美的是帥爹地MVP Ben Zobrist的超前二壘安打...

整場比賽太精采(雖然Chapman被打爆很悲桑)太激烈，光是回想寫部落格都好累...

拿下史上最難得的冠軍，開始看到好多老爺爺老奶奶的球迷故事，

還有一個阿伯是帶著收音機去爸爸的墳墓上一起聽比賽(比我還煽情...!)

這個冠軍對好多家庭來說意義非凡，晚上在臉書寫下感言。

(非常有名的小熊隊球迷阿嬤，連耳環都是Cubs)

叫+4上街去感受整個城市陷入瘋狂跟激動是甚麼感覺，

雖然已經半夜12點多快1點...

結果還有球迷拿旗子讓+4跟小屁拍照，超可愛~

(小太陽: 現在大家都瘋了，說不定你跟他借錢，他也願意借妳...)

周末凌晨還在看小熊隊回芝加哥的遊行直播，空拍機拍到的Buckingham Fountain白金漢噴泉，旁邊的樹叢就是我當時睡午覺的地方~

雖然無法親臨現場，但還是好有感覺。

就這樣，我在2016年秋天成為了小熊隊球迷，

開始練習看GameDay的儀表板網站直播，

練習背誦中南美洲裔選手的名字、各種紀錄的縮寫跟意思，

還發現MLB各隊球員好多年輕又強大的球員，且顏值高身材比例好，

如果要選角演美版步步驚心，阿哥們每集換人再來部續集都還夠用，

甚至小熊隊專破魔咒的GM都帥到不用太浪費得去演康熙皇上。

你怎麼能不愛棒球。

This Tuseday (Nov. 8th) is just like Doomsday.

Even though I can understand, maybe about 70% of people who didn't vote for Hillary Clinton, what they are thinking and in what kind of situation they are. What I feel sad is the only choice left for people is the vote of no confidence bundled with a candidate who is also a pussy grabber, a liar, a actor on TV shows, a rich man who knows how to play games with banking to make money. Actually, more than half of Taiwanese voters are these anti-Hillary voters, these Brexit Voters too.

Picked a choice that seems very irrational. How desperate all we are!

2008年11月5日，用Barack Obama勝選的新聞開始寫部落格

8年後更覺得應該要寫點東西來紀念這個衝擊性的見證；

黃珊說what a year，放大來看，可能應該說what an era...

這八年變化之大，次級房貸、Social Media、NOKIA掰掰、雨傘革命、反服貿、共享經濟崛起、Brexit、民進黨女總統就任並成為國會最大黨、巴黎公約...

變化像冰雹敲打腦門來不及補平思想與價值觀的坑洞，下一陣風暴又席捲而來。
動盪與掙扎或許才是Millennials的定調吧。

Trump的勝選演講轉而平和謙虛，Hillary哭過一晚後(XD)的敗選演講(Concession Speech)堅強到根本是冠冕堂皇，但說真的，脆弱的我們非常需要多聽幾遍。安慰劑對人體的重要性不容忽視。

希拉蕊演說全文:

Last night, I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country. I hope that he will be a successful president for all Americans.

This is not the outcome we wanted or we worked so hard for, and I’m sorry we did not win this election for the values we share and the vision we hold for our country.

But I feel pride and gratitude for this wonderful campaign that we built together—this vast, diverse, creative, unruly, energized campaign. You represent the best of America, and being your candidate has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

I know how disappointed you feel, because I feel it too. And so do tens of millions of Americans who invested their hopes and dreams in this effort. This is painful, and it will be for a long time. But I want you to remember this: Our campaign was never about one person or even one election. It was about the country we love—and about building an America that’s hopeful, inclusive, and big-hearted.

We have seen that our nation is more deeply divided than we thought. But I still believe in America—and I always will. And if you do, too, then we must accept this result—and then look to the future.

Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and the chance to lead.

Our constitutional democracy enshrines the peaceful transfer of power, and we don’t just respect that, we cherish it. It also enshrines other things—the rule of law, the principle that we’re all equal in rights and dignity, and the freedom of worship and expression. We respect and cherish these things too—and we must defend them.

And let me add: Our constitutional democracy demands our participation, not just every four years, but all the time. So let’s do all we can to keep advancing the causes and values we all hold dear: making our economy work for everyone, not just those at the top; protecting our country and protecting our planet; and breaking down all the barriers that hold anyone back from achieving their dreams.

We’ve spent a year and a half bringing together millions of people from every corner of our country to say with one voice that we believe that the American Dream is big enough for everyone—for people of all races and religions, for men and women, for immigrants, for LGBT people, and people with disabilities. Our responsibility as citizens is to keep doing our part to build that better, stronger, fairer America we seek. And I know you will. I am so grateful to stand with all of you.

I want to thank Tim Kaine and Anne Holton for being our partners on this journey. It gives me great hope and comfort to know that Tim will remain on the front-lines of our democracy, representing Virginia in the Senate.

To Bill, Chelsea, Marc, Charlotte, Aidan, our brothers, and our entire family, my love for you means more than I can ever express.

Finally, I am grateful to our country for all it has given me.

I count my blessings every day that I am an American. And I still believe, as deeply as I ever have, that if we stand together and work together, with respect for our differences, strength in our convictions, and love for this nation—our best days are still ahead of us.

You know I believe we are stronger together and will go forward together. And you should never be sorry that you fought for that.

Scripture tells us: “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, we shall reap, if we do not lose heart.”

My friends, let us have faith in each other. Let us not grow weary. Let us not lose heart. For there are more seasons to come and there is more work to do.

她對young girls的喊話讓我跟小官都紅了眼眶，Hillary真的是生錯時間的女版宋楚瑜(哭)，沒有總統命。

隔天從媒體上看到哀鴻遍野的悲憤並沒有像美股開盤一樣馬上理性回穩(edge back；目前就剩力挺民主黨的科技公司們很怕被川普報復所以還在恐慌性下跌就是了)，父母選民含淚說，他不知道小孩隔天一叫醒來，要怎麼告訴他們這個結果，以後要怎麼教育小孩?

大家都沒錯，有些人想的是要留甚麼環境給下一代；有些人的難題是這一代都快過不下去了，哪來的50年後...至少要讓我看到改變的生機吧。One man one vote , but winner takes all...

隔天太陽依舊升起，坐公車上班的路上，心情沉悶地躲進米開朗基羅的漂亮小雞雞們裡，逃避現實，看到了蔣勳對米哥藝術的解釋:

德國哲學家尼采認為希臘神話中的酒神代表一種非理性的力量。

"非理性"往往比"理性"更強、更具備直接的感官創造、許多文明的創造需要"非理性"來突破僵化的局限。

一起乾杯買醉吧，也許真的會有不同的契機出現。試過才知道。

回到家後，收到了來自無國界醫生的卡片

第一時間想到: "Isn't it ironic? Don't you think?"

艾拉妮絲莫瑞賽特的聲音出現..."A little bit tooooo ironic...."

我會怎麼穿越時空回到過去告訴寫這張卡片的小太陽這個結果? 

但當我沉澱之後，我想我還是對那個小太陽有信心吧。

Let's not grow weary, let's not lost heart.

她還是相信kindness and selflessness、還是相信positive circle，

我們是資本主義、全球化發展、變質兩黨政治之下被煮的青蛙，

但不表示我們就得變成我們討厭的蟑螂，

不過我們還是要想辦法跳出鍋子；

這是過半數美國人決定嘗試的solution，

但不是"另半數擁抱的價值觀錯誤"的證明。

價值觀需要捍衛與奮鬥，就像希臘神話裡的悲劇人物薛西佛斯Sisyphus不斷推著坡上的大石頭，一旦放棄，它就沒了。

Let's not grow weary, let's not lost heart.

Because that's what defines the condition of living.

Keep faith on human being.

林肯禮車大哥臨時有事，這次出國只好改坐他的朋友賓士大哥到桃園機場(阿哈)，
上午7:50的直飛班機，check-in行李17公斤太重了是這趟唯一需要檢討自己的。

在天空的生活快快跳過，很自豪把機艙當自己家一樣，
換拖鞋、刷牙洗臉、敷臉、自己去茶水間裝水，睡得很好，
15小時的飛行時間，感覺很像在睡旅館。

這次用最不疾不徐的交通方式-搭AirTrain-前往Manhattan，
看旅遊書跟部落客的描述覺得有點複雜(買票的部分)，
但親身一路沿著指標跟人群走，發現可以take it easy...
當然前提是，一點都不趕時間。:)

AirTrain的票價是5元，MTA一般地鐵單趟2.75元(每年都有漲價)，加上卡片本身要收新卡費1元，所以可以直接買一張combination ticket，一路到市區。

但這個眼睜睜的看板資訊跟在網路作的功課不一樣，而且我沒有記得最新的單趟車資，
當下數學算來算去就覺得怪怪的，哈。
坐到Jamaica Station離開AirTrain的站時，還是決定保守地買了AirTrain+New Card=6元

然後走幾步路到Jamaica Station Subway地鐵站入口，
又再買了 7 day pass的地鐵票31元+新卡費1元...於是我擁有了 two MTA cards...
(卡片背面不一樣，一個有AirTrain，哈哈哈~~~就當作是做紀念囉)

(補充: 在紐約混到後來某天帶錯卡出門才發現，其實從AirTrain離站買的新卡，雖然圖案不同、比較炫，但其實它也是一張MTA card磁卡，可以直接加值成7 day pass或是一般儲值，只要是票卡顯示的有效期限內)；總之插得進去加值機器裡的都OK，非常方便的。)

從地鐵E線要換ABC某條線時，又發現另一個玄機。

紐約地鐵南北向的月台位置，不見得是直接相通的，

所以在地面入口的時候要仔細看清楚，

如果要北上，但你進了標示為南下的入口，刷卡進去之後，可能無法從月台的任何地方走到對面的北上月台...

在羅馬有的地鐵站也是這樣，或許跟很久很久很久以前古老的地鐵規畫有關吧

雖然猜到這樣的可能性，我還是選擇先問人，畢竟跟路人聊天永遠是最棒的行程之一。 

於是我用刻板印象挑了兩個看起來和善的路人借問，

一個是看起來不會拒絕女生的微宅男(根據他的耳機裝備)，

一個是抱著一隻小狗(肯定有愛心)打扮乾淨清爽的男生，

結果一位很客氣地跟我說其實他對這裡不熟(原來他是比我更自在100倍的觀光客?!)，

另一位還多走了幾步路幫我到處看看，然後才說他也不知道...

最後決定爬上路面找地鐵站有標示北上的入口，

拖著一咖行李箱站在人行道上東張西望不久後，有位男士主動問我是否需要幫忙；

他告訴我北上的入口還要再走過一條街...

第一天就受到這個城市的友善幫助，紐約(or 曼哈頓, precisely)獲得了第一個小太陽微笑貼紙。:)

終於來到103rd St.地鐵站，位於中央公園的左上角，雖然不是最靠近青年旅館的103rd.St 站，但旅行不是大禹治水，多走多看風景，不需要截彎取直、最短距離或是最快路程。:)

Hi New York Hostel的外觀，是我喜歡的紅磚牆。竟然還有露天咖啡座呀。

Lobby跟Ground floor的所有公共空間設計塗鴉，以呈現紐約各區風格為主，

明亮豐富有活力，算是我住過的青年旅館的最佳典型，標準旗艦店規格。

除了我最愛的超大廚房&用餐空間(Yes, it's always the cream of a hostel to me)，

Shower and restroom也很棒，公共空間100分!

最喜歡靠窗的廁所跟淋浴間，窗戶吹進略冷的涼風、灑進來的陽光，對於早上洗澡跟蹲馬桶來說都是種享受(Too much info)，還會有對面幼稚園playground的兒童笑聲跟尖叫聲...

在Hostel自我導覽完畢後，出門覓食，展開一天的行程。
103街屬於Upper West Side，遠離曼哈頓的熱鬧地段，以住宅跟學校為主，
沒有鋼筋玻璃高樓，乾淨也安靜，街道寬敞，Broadway上有高大行道樹，還有長椅。
坐公車或地鐵到鬧區都很方便，住過三個晚上後，
儘管我很幸運地抽中一間略有霉味冷氣又吵的房間，害我有一晚沒睡好，
但整體來說，我還是很喜歡它，讓我有機會體驗感受曼哈頓的另一面。:)

散步覓食的過程中，遇到裝潢很像電影裡常出現的那種Diner↓，

服務生通常是大媽或傻妞，態度很隨性(或很有個性)，

你若跟她說咖啡要半糖少冰，她可能會用撲克臉回妳

"Sweetheart, just go to Starbucks!"or " Do I care about your health, baby?" 

然後餐點都用丟的上桌的那種簡便餐廳。

因為腦海裡的畫面實在太逼真以致於我沒有進去....哈。

(When Harry Met Sally，梅格萊恩在一間生意好好的Diner裡詮釋女生很會假高潮

來酸比利克里斯托對男女(性)關係(生活)的自我感覺良好)
(改天可以再看一次這部片)

其實這個小宇宙僅僅在腦袋裡演三分鐘，
現實的時間軸裡，我只想喝熱湯，讓換了100樣交通工具上天下地的身體settle down，
所以在紐約的第一餐，我走進一家拉麵店: Naruto Ramen! いらっしゃいませ！

Lunch Special有沙拉、好大碗的拉麵跟煎餃，一個人根本吃不完，
最後把煎餃打包當下一餐 (晚上吃還是yum yum~)

(吃幾口後覺得好吃所以趕快拍照留念↑，青菜好多捏~) 

吃飽飯後往東走去Central Park中央公園--小太陽到紐約的第一個景點!

 (JKO Reservoir、Central Park Reservoir) ↓

 

JKO Reservior是一百多年前用來供應曼哈頓用水的蓄水池，現在已經退休了。
別說拍不出它的壯闊，即使我親臨現場起初也覺得就是個很大的湖，
姑且來沿著湖畔散步看各種角度的中央公園吧...
走著走著大概繞了三分之一圈腳就開始微痛，才發現這池太大了!! 
原來又是一個拉斯維加斯幻覺!!(就是每棟飯店看起來都很近但根本就走不到的感覺)

後來才知道光是這個湖，南北的長度就跨了十條街...
(所以說不先做旅行功課的好處就是處處有驚喜)

 JKO Reservoir附近有很多人跑步，所以這片人行道地磚讓人們刻下人生重要的時刻、人物、里程碑、或是完成某個路跑或馬拉松...好有insight。

基本上，中央公園不是台北大安森林公園，它根本是陽明山國家公園...

不是一天可以走完的景點，一次走完也沒意思，

在紐約停留的時間夠久，在不同時間點從不同地方進去公園裡走走停停，

更能獲得提拉米蘇般有層有次的多種感受。

所以我決定由東穿越它，而不再往南走。

終於在玻璃高跟鞋斷裂前(對我浮誇了)走到公園東側Fifth Avenue第五大道，

隨便搭上直行第五大道的公車，我開始window touring...

其實也不知道自己要去哪，因為我已經在我想去的地方了，

幸好這麼有名的第五大道很小很塞，公車龜速前進，我鼈速想。 :)
